As far as I know, fluid levels dropping can also mean that the baby is just getting ready to be born.

Has been told today to come in for c/section tomorrow at 0630 and the staff are refusing to to a sweep and stretch ( even though the Reg said to have one 1 week ago) I have advised castor oil and to question why tomorrow. They have mentioned fluid levels dropping, but haven't done anything about that- sounds like scary medical tactics to me.
