You could use one of the SharePoint utilities that allows you to change list settings across all lists. I think SharePoint Manager, SUSHI, or Ishai's utility pack can do this.
Change the number of minor versions to, say, zero. This should zap them all. You can then bulk change the setting back to what it was.
