You could use one of the SharePoint utilities that allows you to change list 
settings across all lists. I think SharePoint Manager, SUSHI, or Ishai's 
utility pack can do this.

Change the number of minor versions to, say, zero. This should zap them all. 
You can then bulk change the setting back to what it was.

Hi guys,

Is there a way to bulk delete minor versions of documents in a document library?

I know you can do it item by item, but looking for a faster way to do this. Is 
it possible to use the STSADM tool?
