Have you installed Infrastructure Updates? I remember reading somewhere that the Picture Library broke this.

If I add the webpart and point it to "picture library X" it will display only one picture and allow me to view as slide show. I would prefer if it would display all thumbnails of all the pictures in the library but this doesn't seem to work. I can deal with this but here comes the weird issue, if I add another "My Pictures" webpart and try and point it to "picture library Y", when I go to view as slide show it is still showing me the pictures from picture library X. Has anyone had this issue?
