Yes, I have configured did a full deployment also so it can store change tokens etc etc ... I can see Quick Deploy option in the Tools menu but it's grayed out. I checked the Quick Deploy option in the content deployment path after full deployment... dunno if this is the reason.. will try tomorrow and see
