Sure, you'll need an upgrade farm though... Build yourself up a SPS 2003
virtual machine (make it a standalone server) and snap shot it/turn on undo
disks. Save your lists as templates and then import them into the new farm or
backup the sites you want and restore into the new farm. Install MOSS 2007 on
the VM and choose your upgrade method, at which point your lists will be
upgrade to 2007.

>farm. :) And, if you need to upgrade more, you can reset to your snapshot
>and repeat the process.

Subject: SP 2003 -> 2007 migration

Guys,

Does anyone know of a way to migrate individual lists/doclibs/surveys/etc (not
the whole site) from a SP 2003 site to a MOSS 2007 site, and retain metadata
(created by, timestamps) in the same AD domain, without resorting to 3rd party
products? Freebie tools, development suggestions? Any hints would be great,
cheers.

Regards,
Chris
