I'm getting a combination problem. I have the Go to Source Item option in the ECB drop-down for some items which have never been Send To-ed. They have been Saved As, renamed and saved back to the same location. In doing so, SharePoint gives them a Copy Source path and also freaks out when trying to open them. I have no problem opening the files but others report a blank document.
Any ideas as to what's going on here are much appreciated. The other problem I've just noticed is that the Copy Source URL gets broken when it encounters the space in "Shared Documents". This same problem also exists in task email notifications. [sigh] Smells like another feature.
