Not sure if anyone has come across this, but when you try to publish a document, you get this error. It says there's an error in workflow and after checking the logs, I found this:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80020009). Does anyone know what causes it? The fix was to simply cancel the workflow and submit the document to be approved again, but I'm interested to see what actually caused it.
