I have come across this. I re-ran the config wizards and that fixed the issue for me. In a new server (virtual) with infrastructure update and the december fix pack, I cannot edit views or create new ones - the viewedit.aspx always screams There is no Web named "Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx". Anyone seen this before?
