This is a hard setting using deprecated height and width params on the <img>
tag.
CSS should override this but setting it using the current table classes may be
problematic.
Try the following (and other variations) in descending order and test the
results.
Set the width and height specific dimensions if required:
ms-propertysheet a img {height:auto;width:auto}
ms-propertysheet td a img {height:auto;width:auto}
ms-propertysheet td.ms-vb2 a img {height:auto;width:auto}
ms-propertysheet table td.ms-vb2 a img {height:auto;width:auto}
ms-propertysheet table.ms-listviewtable td.ms-vb2 a img {height:auto;width:auto}

Hi Guys:
Is there a way to make the profile image larger when showing in the profile
and search result? I believe Sharepoint scale down the image on the page even
the image size is 200 x 200
