This one is for the dev's out there. I have created a custom field which is a "Check Availability" button for a Calendar which check performances booking availability checking based on content types. All was implemented and working fine. Then all of a sudden when checking the "new" items content type, the this.Item["Content Type"] is now returning null, where it was returning the content type correctly previously. I'm stumped at this, I mean obviously something has changed but I don't recall changing anything of that nature. Between it working and stopping, All I did was clean up some variable names and add some comments. With that in mind, I've gone over the code to ensure that I'm not setting this.Item["Content Type"] to null but I am not L (If I was it be a simple fix). Has anyone seen or encountered this behaviour before? Or maybe offer suggestions on what to check for.
