Hi Ajay, Team Site is not a publishing template. Is it using a different master page by any chance? Reason I ask is because I intentionally remove the theme tag from my custom master pages to prevent use of them.

In this site I have a site collection based on team site template but this one does not show the theme. If I see the settings of team site, it shows custom theme as selected but does not apply it. Other site collections based on publishing template display the theme only team site ones do not. Can anyone help how to fix this.
