I've tried a couple more things but the new site collection (and subsite) memberships are still not being displayed. The Windows SharePoint Services Timer service is up and running on all WFEs. However the Timer Job Status screen states that the most recent job for WEB-01 was on 08/07! Looks like there's a synching or connectivity issue with this box. Any ideas?
