They are making a bit transition toward SharePoint 2010 and Online in these days, so I expect they might break/discard some applications and provide new ones :) That's why it could not be available
But technet/msdn subscription store is not affected now - they keep these files separately. I've got the SharePoint Capacity Planning Tool but running that it says it has to have the v2.0 of the above but I can't get it. Anyone got any other links to this or can send me the file?
