It is when they click new that they find nothing listed. The gallery
does have web parts in it, there is just nothing available to add in
to it.
Will add screen shot tomorrow to better demonstrate

Subject: Empty web part gallery
Hi,
We've just completed a deployment to PROD in our Intranet. I'd
documented the deployment and done the work in DEV and UAT but
another team have done the deployment in PROD.
The InfoPath web part was enabled in the web.config. When the Admin
goes to the site web part gallery and clicks new to add the web part
to the gallery, there are no web parts to select from. In DEV and
UAT there are loads.
Has anyone else hit this issue? How is it fixed?
