Hi Ken, Is this a publishing layout or a standard WSS web part page? In either case you'd need to make modifications using SharePoint Designer. There is no UI setting to adjust navigation width.
For sites with publishing enabled you can create a new layout page in your Master Page gallery. Next time you go to create a page your new layout will be available as an option. You can also change the layout for existing pages via the Page Settings screen. [cid:[email protected]] Non-publishing pages are straight aspx files that reference the default master for the site. These can be edited directly within SharePoint Designer as required. If you're after a more global change then you can provision a custom master page for the site. Is this something I can do from within the site...or do I need to crank out SharePoint Designer and edit something...if so do you guys know what specifically?
