I'm trying to fix some Document Information Panel issues myself, I have
two separate farms where the DIP fails to load with an 'Unable to Load
Document Information Panel' error.
These DIPs haven't been customised either, i've tried opening up the
specific proppanel.xsn files but can't seem to resolve to them.

The document libraries in question are using standard columns as well (ie.
not custom field types)

Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about resolving these errors?

These are the errors I get:
*Error 1*:
Document Information Panel cannot open the form. To fix this problem,
contact your system administrator.
Form template: http://
<http://bms/APM/proppanel.xsn>xxx/xx/xx<http://quickpoint/Projects/goonyella_riverside_mine_expansion/proppanel.xsn>

*Error 2*:
