Like Paul suggested, don't do it J By saying that, I mean don't edit this file on the file system. Doing this isn't generally considered a best practise because the change you're making isn't a managed solution. An example of where simply editing the file would suck is if you were to later add another web front-end server, your change would only be present on one of the two servers. Wrapping these kinds of changes up in solution and deploying it to SharePoint will afford you more control and peace of mind. Having said that, I couldn't tell you how to actually achieve what you're after. If you're a developer you might want to look into it further, otherwise try Paul's suggestion. Haven't looked at Nintex Workflow myself, should check it out..
