It is totally transparent to the end users and requires no special config i.e. Kerberos. If your Enterprise Wiki is internal, then you need to make sure you are using Kerberos as your authentication protocol, as this will let SharePoint pass your credentials through. This is both your MOSS instance and your Enterprise Wiki (I'm assuming your Enterprise Wiki is not SharePoint..?) If your Enterprise Wiki uses a completely different authentication method, short of custom-coding something, i'm guessing there's going to be no easy way to get that functionality. I would reccomend just hooking into the RSS feed in your rich-client RSS reader (Such as Outlook).
