I'm using it with Outlook 2010. It is pretty easy to setup and get running. When you have it enabled Outlook gives you some nice little extras that allow you to send a sms from outlook using a special form. You can even create rules for the incoming and outgoing sms's. We are using MessageMedia as our provider. They are a Melbourne company and there prices are reasonable. We also use their API's to send automated sms.
