Hi Paul

Thanks for responding .. I tried to look at that in designer but couldn't bring it up for some reason. I have not used the program for anything besides workflowsso could be doing it wrong...is there another way I can check what you have suggested?

Thanks,

Hi Mike,

Has NewForm.aspx been customised in any way? Is the field in available in EditForm.aspx or via Datasheet view (when added to a list)?

Subject: Content Type Field Missing

This is a strange issue…

We have a list that has several content types. Normally we will create a new item and then change the content type from a drop down field at the top of the form.

However, now when we create a new item, that field is gone. When I run a workflow to auto create a item, the field is there.

I can’t find that content type field anywhere in the site columns, h idden fields, views etc.

Any thoughts?

Thank you,

Mike
