http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/gg620703 has a link to download the offline
training kit. Is that what you downloaded?

Anyway - I have got in the past a lot of complaints about MS labs. That is why
I recommend the synergy online course instead of the MS one. As I have told you
before Paul - find time (5 days) and budget and register to one of their
courses.

Subject: VS2010 SharePoint Dev labs

Hi all,
I keep hitting walls with every one of these labs. The last one installed an
add-on that prevented any other solution from opening. Now I'm attempting the
SharePoint Development with Visual Studio 2010
Lab<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/gg620530> on MSDN. There is no link to the
VM and the "offline" lab files don't match up in ANY way to what's described in
the tutorials!
Has anyone successfully completed any of these?
Kind regards,

Paul
