How about looping over the connection points and checking what is available for
each web part? You already have the code that gets you the array of connection
points.

Subject: Connected WebParts with different interfaces

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect a TextFilter and ListView webpart using thr following
connection points.

$agscConnPoint =
$webpartmanager.GetProviderConnectionPoints($agscwp)["ITransformableFilterValues"]
$lvConnPoint = $webpartmanager.GetConsumerConnectionPoints($lvwp)["DFWP Filter
Consumer ID"]

But am receiving this exception about different connection interfaces.

"The provider connection point "Filter Values"
on "wp_guid" and the consumer connection point "Filter Values" on "wp_guid" do
not use the same connection interface."

There aren't any other options and clearly these are connectable.

Any help here?
