Hi people,
My company just released version 1.0 of our export tool, which downloads the
contents of a site collection\site\list to a folder on your hard drive, with
some minor restore options.
The idea is to give people a peace of mind that their data in the cloud is
backed up on a regular basis to an on premise hard drive, and can be restored
in case of disaster. It also has the side affect of helping you migrate
information between sites and platforms (move from hosted sharepoint or on
premise to office365 and vise versa). I used it to migrate a lot of content
from my hosted site to office 365 - and it saved me hours of work.

I wonder if people in the group would be kind enough to have a look and provide
me feedback - both of issues with the application, and with suggestions for
improvements?

You can download the trial version here:
http://www.exd.com.au/SitePages/Office365%20Exporter.aspx
The trial version is fully functional, but will limit the download from each
list and library to a maximum of 20 items, after which it will skip to next
list\library.

Hope to hear from you!
