4 out of the last 5 commit is merged without green CI build.
This makes very hard to investigate flaky tests.
I propose to hold any new merge/commit (except full green builds) until
we cleanup the CI.

ps: I think disabling flaky test, get green builds and fix the problems
async is good way to continue the work as soon as possible... But we
need to identify the location of the flakyness...
