ps: I used the condition created_pr + reviewed_pr > 10.The result is
exactly the same but some contributions are more visible in my extract.
ps2: apache_id is identified by heuristic, can be wrong in the csv but
will double check it.
[1] objection can be sent in private and I will distribute it to the
proposed PMC members
