Merge OzoneClientFactory#getRpcClient functions URL: https://github.com/apache/hadoop-ozone/pull/148#issuecomment-553496882 We use to support REST protocol in the client, that is the reason for naming the methods `getRpcClient`. With HDDS-738 we removed REST protocol support. Now we can rename `getRpcClient` methods to `getClient`.
