Similar to OMVolumeInfo and OMBucketInfo, we need objectID and updateID in
OMKeyInfo as well to ensure that transactions are idempotent.
This Jira adds objectID and updateID to OMKeyInfo proto and sets these values
when creating/ updating keys.
