Summary: Handle Info object missing UpdateID field before checking

To check if a transaction is a replay or not, we use the updateID. But since
this is a newly added field and optional, older Volume, Bucket or KeyInfo
objects in DB might be missing this field. Hence, before checking if a
transaction is a replay, we should check that the info object has the updateID.
