Refreshing any URL of Recon UI (ex:
[http://localhost:9888/Datanodes|http://vsubramanian-cdh-4.vpc.cloudera.com:9888/Datanodes])
throws 404 error.

This 404 should only happen with URLs that match "/api" pattern and not with
the "/".
