When we use: ozone scmcli container list We can get lastUsed and stateEnterTime like this. It's not easy to know the exact time. "lastUsed" : 5388521335, "stateEnterTime" : 808947405, By this PR we use currentTimeMillis instead of nanoTime for easier viewing.
