It seems that we have some timeouts from acceptance tests from clusters where
the hdds.scm.safemode.min.datanode is not set. Log is not available (because
the timeout) but it seems to be a problem with freon and I have seen this in
clusters where hdds.scm.safemode.min.datanode is not set properly. We need to
investigate it...
