HDDS-3386 broke OFSPath since the latter uses
{{org.apache.commons.codec.digest.DigestUtils}}.
HDDS-3359 broke OFSPath because the latter also uses
{{org.apache.yetus.audience}}, but this is a simple fix - just replace it with
{{org.apache.hadoop.hdds.annotation}}.
