Hadoop 3.3.0 upgraded protocol buffers to 3.7.1 and RPC code have been changed.
This change will cause compile failure.
Vinayakumar is fixing this in Hadoop-side (HADOOP-17046) but it would be better
for Ozone to avoid the usage of Hadoop {{@Private}} classes to make Ozone a
separate project from Hadoop.
