Currently, OmKeyLocationInfoGroup stores all OmKeyLocationInfo instances with
different versions into a list however many use-cases are just interested in
OmKeyLocationInfo of a specific version, so I think storing OmKeyLocationInfos
into more structured Map would provide better performance in trivial use-cases.
