Description:
I start a ozone cluster with 1000 datanodes, and run two weeks with heavy
workload, and perf scm.
getContainerReplicas need to lock and unlock which cost 1.6% cpu, we can
getContainerReplicas by batch to decrease the times of lock and unlock.
