Was the code any way modified in the cluster?
I went through the code again to see if there is any way this can happen. We
cannot remove the pipeline unless it is CLOSED. We close the pipeline as part
of {{finalizePipeline}} call, which will also remove the pipeline from
{{query2OpenPipelines}}.
