Summary: Support TTL in Ozone

In development and production environments, we often have the need to delete
large batches of temporary or expired files. At present, Ozone does not support
ttl-related features, hoping to be able to add a TTL feature, regardless of the
way through configuration items, or associating TTL attributes to Object
metadata.
