I have cherry-picked your changes related to {{RootedOzFs}} from
[smengcl:HDDS-3805|https://github.com/apache/hadoop-ozone/pull/1088/commits].
Based on my tests an additional fix is required:

HDDS-3482 to the [Hadoop 2.7
version|https://github.com/smengcl/hadoop-ozone/blob/658c08bbe137f93ecce603d2c702c8b896dbeadb/hadoop-ozone/ozonefs-hadoop2/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/fs/ozone/RootedOzFs.java]
of {{RootedOzFs}}. These changes [were
tested|https://github.com/adoroszlai/hadoop-ozone/runs/954792094] with
MapReduce acceptance tests using OFS.
So I think with these 2 commits this task should be good to go:
