In case of OM HA, multiple clusters can be used together with configuring
multiple service id. (for example: copy data from one to other).
With o3fs/ofs using serviceId is necessary.
But serviceId should be defined for "ozone sh", OzoneClient (and configure
s3/recon) for each invocation / start.
To provide better usability we can provide a new configuration property which
can be used as a default serviceId if not defined at CLI.
