[~hanishakoneru] To clarify, this jira is about creating unit tests for
{{org.apache.hadoop.ozone.om.helpers.OmPrefixInfo}}, specifically the
{{getProtobuf()}} and {{getFromProtobuf()}} methods, is that correct?
