Muhammed, not sure what reading or googling you've already done on 'offline Silverlight'; here's a few links i've bookmarked - apologies to others who're already familiar with them - note i'm *paraphrasing *here, i've no more hands-on experience with Mesh than the next guy... Basically it seems like you will need to build your Silverlight on Azure (special project type in Visual Studio) and publish it such that it is 'aware' of being in a browser or a special 'host' exe (similar to AIR; read the first link for more). Your offline users will need to have that 'host exe' installed for Silverlight to run inside - so 'offline Silverlight' won't be just a XAP on your desktop. At least that's my understanding - if i ever get to build something with it i'll be happy to share the results. Full Mac support seems a little way off too (see link 3) - this stuff could be in ctp/beta for 18 months or more, so not sure i'd start planning a release around it right now?
