Hi All, We had an outage on the lists due to a bug in GFI MailEssentials. What is happening is that the new lists we have taken on board are receiving a pant load of SPAM from random e-mail addresses.
This is fine and to be expected however MailEssentials has a daft behaviour of delivering this mail from non-subscribers locally. This caused the SMTPSVC folder to hit its quota and caused a mailbox full scenario. I have a work around in place of a scheduled task to clean the folder out every minute and a ticket open with GFI to do a digitus extractus and fix the behaviour so that mail from non-subscribers goes into the circular file where it belongs.
