Hi Scott,

Lack of transparency about the release date caused a fair amount of
consternation at my workplace, but we discussed it and agreed to take
the risk that July 10 was just a rumour. As it turns out, the gamble
paid off we are all happy. The part I found frustrating was the
'early' July 9 release and spending all day deciphering cryptic tweets
and contradictory forum posts about what was released, what worked and
what was broken, since each part (sl3 tools, blend, toolkit, ria
services, etc) came out at different times without any real fanfare.

Other than that, we had a really good Silverlight 3 day!
