Yeah - that's fine if you are using Bing Maps data... but are they now implying that if you use the silverlight _control_ as a host for OSM map tiles (for example) you still need a key?
How do 'session counts' etc apply if you are using the SL control with open source data? Does MS expect 'payment' for these uses of the control?
