Hi Tim, apparently the list moderator (whomever that is) rejected the images that I forwarded to the list - so I've emailed them directly to you.
As mentioned, the issue with not being able to install Silverlight is possibly related to my use of Firefox and NoScript (maybe). I would suggest that you guys do some testing around this scenario as the NoScript plugin has (at the time of writing) 56+ million downloads. I have no problem reproducing this behavior on any of my machines that run this configuration (which is all of them). To see how the workflow should work, try viewing a page which has a Flash plugin and see how that interaction works - e.g.: I can simply click on the Flash NoScript block image and it will immediately allow the Flash movie to start playing.
