If the title already makes you want to register you might want to skip my
gibberish and click here:

"Register". You can choose to register as a attendee or as a speaker.

Hi everyone,

I'm very proud and happy to invite everyone to the Silverlight Code Camp 2010
!!!

I've been working with Microsoft, NAB and other sponsors to pull this off and
it's going to be an AMAZING weekend.
And no worries, there are no tents involved. Well... There can be if you really
want to, but you would probably be the only one :)

It's Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st of January and it's going to be
packed with Silverlight Presentations and workshops. Because it's a community
event, there will be no sales activities from the sponsors and the information
is going to be open and honest. So If you really want to become a Silverlight
Ninja over weekend, this is the place to come!

You do need to split yourself into two as we have two tracks:

1) Getting started with Silverlight

2) Advanced Silverlight
And you can only choose one....

NAB is sponsoring the event by offering the use of the academy for this event
and with the fantastic facilities they have I'm sure it's going to be fantastic.

And the news just gets better and better: The speakers are flying in from all
over Australia to present: Perth, Brisbane, Sydney. Some are from Melbourne,
but I'm assuming they will drive in. These are the same people who are
presenting at PDC, Tech-ed, Remix or Silverlight Code Camp! Although the
sessions and speaker details are not on the website yet (give me one or two
weeks to build that section of the app), they are known, but not decided yet.
We can always use more speakers to choose from!

The details in summary:

- January 30 and 31st 2010

- FREE

- In the NAB academy in Docklands.

- 150 attendees max. (Four weeks without promotion it's already up to
40)

- Open to anyone

- Two tracks: Getting started and Advanced

- +/- 10 sessions per track

- Couple of breakout /whiteboard sessions

- Lunches are provided, Saturday night drinks are not

- No accommodation included, also no tents

- Goodies and swag are given by the sponsors

If your finally convinced to register:

Go to the Register section and register!

You can register as a speaker as well, btw. If you feel you've got what it
takes to present a session, either in the Advanced or in the Getting started
track, just sign up, and if your topic is interesting enough, we'll give you a
shot! It's not as hard as you might think, so why shouldn't you???

If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to Email me.

See you there!
Stephan
