Hi Asheesh, The SDDN sites seem to have fragmented somewhat on where events are promoted. I think it was due to not having a site for a while.
We're planning an SDDN mixed event at Teched (Stay tuned for details, we need to figure out a free evening if there is one, or shoehorn between other events). We'll be discussing things like how best to notify people of events, as well as spreading the word for those who don't yet know about SDDN. I created a Facebook group which had some use by Perth and the Sydney groups but I'd like to put the focus back to the SDDN.org.au site. Unfortunately I think people don't know where to look, and there's no actual automatic elist. Hope to improve things so thanks muchly for posting you missed the meeting. Sorry that you did, I'm sure it was awesome. ;) cheers, Stephen On Fri, Aug 6, 2010 at 3:23 PM, Asheesh Soni <[email protected]> wrote: > Could some one please let me know the url to subscribe for the User > group meeting notifications? > > http://sddn.org.au/meetings/ did not mention it. > http://twitter.com/vdnug appears to have died on April 28th > > I could not find it on Victoria.NET Dev SIG Events either? > > Was waiting for the meeting for a while, did not check ozsilverlight > for a couple of days and now realised that I missed another one :( > > > B.T.W., I emailed my details to [email protected] a while ago > but I'dont think I am still a member or get any notifications about > vic.net meetings.
