I remember trying with an old version and the packaging lib didn't work and
end up using SharpZipLib, this was in Silverlight 3, but I don't recall this
changing on SL4.

BTW, maybe I missed something when using System.IO.Packaing, but for my
scenario SharpZipLib got the job done.
