Hey all, So I was wondering what the "Team Foundation Server Task Scheduler service" is all about. It seems that it is not starting properly when the server reboots. We can manually restart it of course.
We discovered this when we saw a whole bunch of DCOM errors in the event log around the 'IIS warmreg admin service' component. Turns out to be a permissions issue for the service we were running the task scheduler under (NETWORK SERVICE) so we've set an actual account and made that account a local admin on the TFS box, and this clears up the errors. However, the task scheduler still won't autostart. Any ideas?
