I have 2 questions.
1. How would get a list of all the alerts (for all users) on TFS?
2. Is there a way to include Custom fields in the WorkItemChanged.xsl, so we
could include custom fields in the alert emails? (I understand that there is
a way to do ChangedFields and Core Fields, but did not see custom field in
the xsd).
